Role Overview:
We are launching in Mexico City in July 1st. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Growth Hacking Intern based in Mexico City to help us gain traction in the local market as we launch and aim to grow this summer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, startups, technology, and the digital nomad community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key areas for growth in Mexico City.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in creating and managing social media campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
- Event Planning: Support the organization and execution of local events and activation activities aimed at promoting Blaze to digital nomads and local businesses.
- Partnership Development: Identify and reach out to potential local partners, such as co-working spaces, cafes, and other nomad-centric businesses, to establish collaborations and drive user acquisition.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the local nomad community through online forums, social media groups, and in-person events to foster a strong and active user base.
Qualifications:
- The Hacker Spirit. You don’t need a box to operate in. You’re happy experimenting and trying things, finding solutions that work and making them better as we find them.
- Some kind of prior experience in either marketing, sales, or a growth type of position. This can be schoolwork if you are still in or recently out of school, or professional experience.
